Provides tools for quantitative PCR (qPCR) data analysis, including standard curve calculation with amplification efficiency, relative expression calculation by the 2-'dCt', 2-'ddCt', standard curve and 'RqPCR' methods, and RNA volume calculation for reverse transcription.
