python-galaxy-tool-util (26.1.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version
  * Drop 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' from d/control (routine-update)
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Submit, Repository.
  * Refreshed the test_tool_path patch.
  * d/control: needs newer galaxy-tool-util-models for
    galaxy.tool_util_models.testing_types.
  * Upstream ships the tests, so remove our copy; keep the functional test
    data and refresh them
  * Added patch to include some non-Python files into the build.
  * d/control: now depends on jsonschema; and builds with setuptools-scm
  * d/control: require matching versions of the other galaxy packages
  * d/rules: set GALAXY_INCLUDES_ROOT for the tests so they can find
    their test files.
  * d/rules: namespace packages are now working correctly upstream;
    remove our workaround.
  * d/docs: update for "src/" reorganization
